Where to Find the Subway Card Number and PIN
Every Subway gift card has a card number and associated personal identification number.
- On a physical card, inspect the back for a silver scratch box.
- The PIN, and sometimes the card number, may be beneath the silver box.
- For an eGift Card, find the card number and PIN in the delivery email.
- Enter the information exactly as displayed.
Registration adds protection
A registered Subway gift card may qualify for replacement after loss, theft or damage when proof of purchase is available. Unregistered cards generally do not have the same protection.
