How to Check PlayStation Wallet Funds
The gift-card value becomes wallet funds only after the code is redeemed to the correct PlayStation account.
Check on PS5 or PS4
- Open Settings.
- Select Users and Accounts or Account Management.
- Open Payment and Subscriptions.
- View the wallet or payment balance.
Redeem an unused code
- Confirm the account is in the Canadian region.
- Open Redeem Code in PlayStation Store.
- Enter the complete 12-digit code.
- Review the account and amount before confirming.

- A Canadian code requires a Canadian PlayStation account

The code says already redeemed
Check the transaction history of each relevant PlayStation account and confirm which account received the wallet funds.
The region does not match
A Canadian voucher must be redeemed on a Canadian PlayStation account. Account regions cannot be changed after account creation.
The code has not been activated
Some retail cards have no value until activated at the register. Contact the retailer and keep the purchase receipt available.
The printed code is damaged
Contact the retailer when the code appears on a receipt. For other damaged vouchers, contact PlayStation Support with proof of purchase.
