CARD DETAILS
The official checker requires the unique gift-card number and the PIN connected to the card.
Physical Air Canada Gift Cards may be accepted at eligible airport locations, while eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at airport locations. Both can be used through eligible Air Canada online and call-centre channels.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Confirm the gift card was activated and re-enter the card number and PIN exactly as displayed.
A card with a depleted balance may have been deactivated. Review prior purchases and refunds before trying again.
Air Canada may convert between Canadian and U.S. dollars when the website currency differs from the gift-card currency.
Air Canada permits a maximum of two forms of payment on a booking and does not allow multiple card balances to be consolidated onto one card.
