Canadian Hotels.com gift cards are intended for eligible new Pay Now hotel bookings on the Canadian Hotels.com site. They cannot be used for Pay Later bookings, existing reservations, packages, car rentals or payment directly at a hotel.

Confirm that you are using the Canadian checker for a CAD card and that the number contains all 16 digits.
Re-enter the full 8-digit PIN and make sure the silver scratch panel did not obscure or damage a digit.
Cards issued in different countries cannot be merged, and the combined balance cannot exceed $2,000.
