Where to Find the Sephora Card Number and PIN
Both physical Sephora gift cards and eGift Cards use a 16-digit card number and an 8-digit PIN.
- Physical cards show the details beneath the protective area.
- Electronic cards show them in the original delivery email.
- Do not confuse the gift-card number with an order number.
- Do not enter the card on an unofficial balance website.
Store merchandise credit is different
A Sephora store merchandise credit has a card number but no PIN. Its balance must be checked in person at a Sephora store and it cannot be used for online purchases.
