Where to Find the Aritzia Card Number and PIN
Physical Aritzia Gift Cards use a card number and a four-digit PIN.
- Find the card number on the physical Gift Card.
- Find the four-digit PIN beneath the silver scratch-off patch.
- Scratch gently so the printed PIN is not damaged.
- For a digital Gift Card, use the code and details in the delivery email.
Cards without a PIN
A physical Aritzia Gift Card without a PIN cannot be used for online purchases. Contact Aritzia Concierge or visit an eligible Aritzia, Tna, Babaton, Wilfred or Super World location for assistance.

The secure portal email is missing
Check spam and junk folders, verify the email address and request another secure portal link.
The physical-card PIN does not work
Re-enter the four-digit PIN beneath the scratch-off patch and confirm that no digit was damaged.
The card has no PIN
The card cannot be used online. Call Aritzia Concierge or visit an eligible boutique for assistance.
The digital Gift Card cannot be located
Use the self-service portal with the original email address to view the available digital Gift Card history.
