Where to Find the Winners Card Number and CSC
Confirmed Canadian TJX gift cards use a 19-digit numeric card number and a separate 4-digit numeric CSC.
- Find the 19-digit card number on the back of the physical card.
- Locate the separate 4-digit CSC near the card number or beneath the protected area.
- For an eGift Card, open the original delivery email and use the number and CSC shown there.
- Do not enter a receipt number, STYLE+ number, order reference, barcode-only value, or payment-card security code.
STYLE+ and gift-card numbers are different
TJX Canada also issues STYLE+ loyalty numbers. A STYLE+ number does not represent gift-card value, so use the credentials printed on the gift card itself.

The card number is rejected
Re-enter all 19 digits without spaces. Make sure you are using the gift-card number rather than a receipt, barcode, order reference, or STYLE+ loyalty number.
The CSC is missing or unreadable
Check the back of the card and any protected panel carefully. If the CSC cannot be read, bring the card and proof of purchase to a Canadian Winners, HomeSense or Marshalls store.
The balance differs from the expected amount
Review recent purchases and returns. Keep the receipt and ask a TJX Canada store associate for help if the balance still appears incorrect.
The card will not work at checkout
Confirm the card is being used at a Canadian Winners, HomeSense or Marshalls location and that the available balance covers the full purchase or an approved split payment.
