- The card number contains 16 digits

The security code is rejected
Confirm that you entered the six-digit lookup code rather than a three-digit Mastercard purchase-security code.
The available balance seems incorrect
Review pending authorizations and recent transaction history, then contact PayPower when the difference remains unexplained.
