GetMyBalance requires the complete card number and the separate six-digit lookup code shown on supported PayPower cards.
- The prepaid Mastercard number contains 16 digits.
- Enter the card number without spaces or hyphens when requested.
- The supported card-lookup security code contains 6 digits.
- Do not confuse the six-digit lookup code with a three-digit Mastercard purchase-security code.
- Do not submit a registered reloadable PayPower account without prior eligibility confirmation.
