Where to Find the Walmart Card Number and PIN
Standard Walmart Canada gift cards use a 16-digit numeric card number and a separate 4-digit numeric PIN.
- On a physical card, look on the back for the card number and PIN area; the PIN may be beneath a protective scratch-off strip.
- For an eGift card, open the delivery email or digital card image and locate the card number and PIN.
- Enter only the gift-card credentials—not an order number, receipt number, reference number, barcode value or tracking number.
Walmart prepaid cards are different
A Walmart-branded Visa, Mastercard or other prepaid payment card is not the same as a standard Walmart Canada store gift card. Use the website and instructions printed on that prepaid card instead.

The online checker will not load

The balance is different than expected
