Where to Find the Keg Card Number and PIN
The Keg’s official instructions say the balance checker uses the 16-digit card number from the back of the plastic card or from the e-card confirmation email.
- Find the 16-digit card number on the back of the physical gift card.
- For an e-card, open the confirmation or delivery email and locate the same card number.
- If the gift card has a PIN, enter it in the PIN field.
- If there is no PIN shown, leave the PIN field blank instead of guessing.
PINs are optional on some Keg cards
Some Keg gift cards include a PIN and some do not. A missing PIN does not automatically mean the card is invalid if The Keg’s official instructions tell you to leave the field blank.
