The current Harvey’s and Ultimate Dining Card format uses a 19-digit numeric card number plus a 4-digit numeric PIN. Official documentation also recognizes older genuine cards that may not have a PIN

The card has no PIN
Older legitimate Ultimate Dining cards can exist without a PIN. Ask a Harvey’s associate or official support to check the card
