Where to Find the Mark's Card Number and PIN

Mark’s physical cards used online require a card number and PIN located on the back of the card.

  • Find the 19- or 20-digit card number on the back.
  • Locate the separate PIN in the card’s security area.
  • Cards without a PIN cannot be redeemed online.
  • Keep the original card until the remaining balance reaches zero.

Using the card online and in store

Physical Mark’s gift cards purchased in store can be used at participating Mark’s stores and on Marks.com when they have an online-compatible card number and PIN. Up to two gift cards can be redeemed online in one transaction, and another eligible payment method can cover the remaining total.

The card number is rejected

The card does not cover the order
