Where to Find Your Joker Card Information
The official cardholder portal may request information printed on a physical card or displayed with a virtual card.
- Find the full prepaid card number on the front of the physical card or in the virtual-card details.
- Use the expiry or Valid Thru information exactly as displayed.
- Enter the security code shown on the card when requested.
- Do not enter a store receipt number, activation receipt number or unrelated payment-card information.
Physical and virtual cards differ
A physical Joker card and a Virtual Joker Prepaid Mastercard may display the card number, expiry information and security code differently. Follow the instructions provided with your specific card.

The portal rejects the card details
Re-enter the card number, expiry information and security code exactly as shown. Avoid spaces unless the portal automatically adds them.
The card has not been activated
Joker cards normally have no value until activated at the retailer. Keep the activation receipt and contact the retailer or Joker customer service if activation failed.
The balance is lower than expected
Review posted transactions and any temporary pre-authorization holds from restaurants, hotels, fuel stations or other merchants.
The card has expired
The physical card can expire, but the remaining funds do not. Call Joker customer service for replacement-card instructions.
