CARD NUMBER AND PIN
Indigo documents a 19- or 20-digit numeric card number and a numeric PIN.
Older cards, third-party packaging and eGift deliveries may place the number and PIN differently. Use Indigo support when the card is genuine but the official checker does not accept the visible layout.
COMMON PROBLEMS
Most errors come from entering the wrong number or including extra characters.
Confirm that you entered the 19- or 20-digit Indigo number without spaces or dashes.
Omit the separate 11-digit prefix and use the Indigo card number identified on the card.
Keep the card and proof of purchase and contact Indigo support rather than guessing repeatedly.
Review recent purchases and contact Indigo when the result does not match your records.
NEED OFFICIAL ASSISTANCE?
